Those of you in the LA area head on down to the 2nd Street Jazz bar in Little Tokyo for volume 6 of Judo Chop! Our good friends Tokyo Smog will join Inazuma , Friday Knights , 65 OverDrive , Phantom 357 , Adam West The Bat for an event that you cannot afford to miss. Judo Chop hits August 3rd, show begins at 8PM (cover $7 plus $2 drink). It's an all ages event so no one is safe from the Judo Chop.
Appears Mono has added October 9th to their tour calendar (in addition to their Oct. 8th Webster Hall concert), with a concert at the Music Hall of Williamsburg . Boris will also have a show at the Music Hall , on October 3rd. October is starting to look good.

If you missed Japanese post-rock band MONO earlier this year, you will have a second chance in Fall. Starting September 20th, Mono embark with a North America tour that will last over a month. High on Fire will be the main support band for the length of the tour. This will be followed by a European tour in November - December. Dates and venues after the jump.
